ABOUT Executive coaching den haag
Passionate About Inspiring Others
I am an executive coach, author and speaker working with senior leaders, board members and leadership teams in complex and international environments.
My work supports leaders who carry sensemaking responsibility and are navigating ambiguity, competing expectations and continuous change. I offer a space for reflection, sensemaking and deliberate decision-making — especially when there are no easy answers.

My practice is shaped by more than 25 years of experience in large, international organizations, combined with academic depth and a strong sensitivity to human and systemic dynamics. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at Shell and Capgemini, where I worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership and organizational change.
I work with leaders who are highly capable and experienced, yet recognise the value of having a thoughtful and confidential sparring partner. My role is not to provide solutions, but to help leaders see more clearly what is unfolding, explore different perspectives and choose how they want to lead from there.
I do not aim to simplify complexity. Instead, I help leaders engage with it consciously and responsibly — paying attention to what is visible, what is unspoken, and what truly matters in the moment.
Alongside my coaching practice, I am co-author of Leading in a Wicked World and actively involved in international conversations on leadership, vulnerability and responsibility in times of uncertainty.
My approach is often described as calm, precise and reflective, combining depth with practicality and respect for the context in which leaders operate.
